We offer Horsemanship camps for six different skill levels. Campers that pass a Horsemanship Level will receive a Rosette Ribbon of a different color ribbon for each level passed. On the last day of the camp, parents are invited to the Ranch to see their child ride and meet their horses.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to change or cancel your child’s camp, please contact us. If a change of date is requested we will do our best to move your child into a different camp permitting there is availability. If you need to cancel your child’s camp, the camp fees are 100% refundable if cancelled 30 days before the camp starts. Camp fees are 50% refundable if cancelled between 15-29 days of the camp start date and 0% refundable if cancelled within 14 days of the camp start date.
Level 1
In Level 1 Horsemanship Camp, campers enjoy a fun filled 4 days of all things horses. Each camper will be assigned a horse to take care of. They will spend time with their assigned horse learning horsemanship skills both on the ground and under saddle. These skills will promote the growth of leadership, respect and bonding with their horse. Crafts, snacks and water provided. Level 1 Horsemanship Camp is held from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM each day.
Level 2
In Level 2 Horsemanship Camp, campers will continue their horsemanship journey. Campers must have passed Level 1 Horsemanship Camp to attend Level 2 Horsemanship Camp. Each camper will be assigned a horse to take care of. They will spend time with their assigned horse continuing their horsemanship skills both on the ground and under saddle. These skills will promote the growth of leadership, respect and bonding with their horse. Crafts, snacks and water provided. Level 2 Horsemanship Camp is held from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM each day.
Level 3
In Level 3 Horsemanship Camp, campers will continue to expand their horsemanship journey. Campers must have passed Level 2 Horsemanship Camp to attend Level 3. Each camper will be assigned a horse to take care of. They will spend time with their assigned horse perfecting their horsemanship skills both on the ground and under saddle. Campers will learn more advanced games on the ground and more advanced skills under saddle. These skills will prepare the campers to ride horses at higher precision and speed. Crafts, snacks and water provided. Level 3 Horse Adventures Camp is held from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM each day.
Level 4
In Level 4 Horsemanship Camp, campers will grow in their horsemanship journey. Campers must have passed Level 1 – 3 Horsemanship to attend Level 4 Horsemanship Camp. Each camper will be assigned a horse to take care of. They will spend time with their assigned horse continuing their horsemanship skills both on the ground and under saddle. At this camp the campers will continue their skills at a walk and trot and also begin to explore cantering on a horse. Crafts, snacks and water provided. Level 4 Horsemanship Camp is held from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM each day.
Level 5
In Level 5 Horsemanship Camp, campers will continue to grow in their horsemanship journey. Campers must have passed Level 1 – 4 Horsemanship to attend Level 5 Horsemanship Camp. Each camper will be assigned a horse to take care of. They will spend time with their assigned horse continuing their horsemanship skills both on the ground and under saddle. At this camp the campers will continue their skills at a walk, trot and canter. Crafts, snacks and water provided. Level 4 Horsemanship Camp is held from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM each day.
Level 6
In Level 6 Horsemanship Camp, campers will grow in their horsemanship journey. Campers must have passed Level 1 – 5 Horsemanship to attend Level 6 Horsemanship Camp. Each camper will be assigned a horse to take care of. They will spend time with their assigned horse continuing their horsemanship skills both on the ground and under saddle. At this camp the campers will continue their skills at a walk, trot and lope on a horse. Crafts, snacks and water provided. Level 6 Horsemanship Camp is held from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM each day.
